Orders, Payments & Pricing
All prices listed on YasminaRose.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. Custom-made or pre-order items require advance payment before production begins. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct or cancel any order affected by such discrepancies. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless approved by our customer service team.
Returns, Exchanges & Liability
Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our luxury occasion wear, all sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted in cases of proven manufacturing defects, and such requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Yasmina Rose is not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling, incorrect sizing provided by the client, or third-party courier delays. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms and agrees to use YasminaRose.ae in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
