REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

At Yasmina Rose, every dress is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail and we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if in any case you are dissatisfied, we will be more than happy to assist you with a return and/or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days after delivery with refunds being issued back onto original payment method.

 

Kindly note that we will not process returns nor exchanges on sale items, items without tags, and used and/or washed merchandise.

Request & Evaluation Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing photos and details of the issue. Our quality control team will carefully review the request. If approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that minor variations in color, fabric texture, or embellishment are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not applicable for orders with tags removed and used and washed merchandise. Yasmina Rose reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned product shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage unrelated to production.
